Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which program is right for me?

Start with your role and experience level (see Eligibility Guide above). If newly managing a team, New Manager Bootcamp is a foundation. If mid-level manager, Mid-Level Manager Excellence or Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Mastery are popular choices. Our team can recommend the best fit; schedule a consultation.

Can I customize a program for my team or organization?

Yes. We offer cohort-based programs (8–20 participants) and customize content to your industry and business challenges. Contact our Learning Design team to discuss your needs.

What's the typical time commitment per week?

Varies by program: New Manager Bootcamp (8 weeks): 3–4 hours/week. Mid-Level Manager Excellence (12 weeks): 4–5 hours/week. We recommend blocking calendar time and treating learning as a business priority.

Are there prerequisites I need to meet?

Most programs require a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience (e.g., 2+ years for manager programs). See individual program descriptions for specifics. If uncertain, reach out.

What assessment methods do you use? Is there a final exam?

We don’t use traditional exams. Instead, assessment is multi-modal: 360 feedback, peer feedback, real-world application projects, capstone initiatives. This ensures learning sticks and transfers to your job.

Do I get a certificate or credential upon completion?

Yes. Program completion certificates are issued (not externally recognized credentials like Six Sigma, but valuable for internal mobility and LinkedIn). Some programs include optional external certifications (e.g., coaching credential).

What if I can't complete the full program? Can I pause or withdraw?

We recommend completing the full program for maximum impact. If circumstances change, we can discuss deferral to a later cohort. Partial completion is not recommended.
