Great leaders communicate with clarity, confidence, and conviction. This program combines storytelling, stakeholder engagement, presence, and delivery techniques. Participants practice public speaking, navigate tough conversations, craft compelling narratives, and learn to adapt messaging for different audiences. Includes video feedback, peer review of presentations, and coaching on body language and vocal delivery.
