Our Leadership Development Programs

FAQs

How do I know which leadership program is right for me?

Start with your role and experience level. You can explore individual program details or connect with our L&D team for guidance.

Can programs be customised for teams or business units?

Yes. We offer cohort-based programs (8-20 participants) and can customise content based on your industry and business challenges. Please contact our L&D team to discuss your requirements.

What is the typical time commitment?

Time commitment varies by program and is designed to balance learning with work responsibilities. Program details outline expected engagement.

Are there any prerequisites?

Most programs require a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience (for example, 2+ years for manager-level programs). Please refer to individual program descriptions for specific requirements. If you are unsure, reach out to the L&D team.

How are participants assessed?

We do not use traditional exams. Instead, assessment is multi-modal and may include 360-degree feedback, peer feedback, real-world application projects, and capstone initiatives. This approach helps ensure learning translates into on-the-job impact.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Program completion certificates are issued. While these are not externally recognised credentials (such as Six Sigma), they are valuable for internal mobility and professional profiles, including LinkedIn. Some programs may also include optional external certifications (for example, coaching credentials).

What if I can’t complete the full program? Can I pause or withdraw?

We recommend completing the full program for maximum impact. If circumstances change, deferral to a later cohort can be discussed. Partial completion is generally not recommended.
